1. You should be able to see a relationship between the length of the lever arm and the racer's performance based on the graph or the data table. If the data doesn't seem to be accurate, make note of those inaccuracies or outliers.
2. Explain your hypothesis and if you were right or wrong AND why.
3. What type of lever arm length would create a mousetrap car that goes the longest and the fastest?
4. What would happen if we did not have a lever arm for our cars?
5. The longest lever arm we tested was 12 inches, what could happen if we had a lever arm longer than 12 inches?
6. Look at your notes on the different types of forces--which ones had the greatest effect on our mousetrap cars?
7. At point does your racer have the greatest potential energy? AND what point does your racer have the greatest kinetic energy?
