Rock Cycle Cartoon

The Rock Cycle Cartoon is due on January 24th.  I made a mistake and told 1st, 2nd and 3rd that it was due the 31st but I had looked at the wrong date on the calendar.    The students can use the "Journey of the Rock Cycle" document or they may turn in their project in the form of a poster, book or a pre-approved technology application.  Please check the rubric below to make sure whatever they turn in gets the best grade.   Additionally, click this link to watch an interactive animation of the rock cycle to help you decide what to draw.

Rock Cycle Comic Strip Rubric
Completeness – at least 15 slides showing the journey on the rock cycle and a title.
Concepts of Geology – the strip shows understanding of the geologic process that happens each step.
Creativity – an expected amount of creative thought and effort is put into the comic strip
Neatness – words and drawings are neat and readable and colored
