Electromagnetic Spectrum Powerpoint Presentation

Our team's goal is to create an informative, appealing web site that provides information about the various energies of the electromagnetic spectrum and how they are a part of our lives.

Guiding Questions:  What is the relationship between various electromagnetic waves?  How do we use energy in the electromagnetic spectrum?

Research: Each group will research one type of electromagnetic energy. Use the following sites to research your selected type of energy.

Tasks:   Once you have completed your research, you will work with your group to design a powerpoint, with information, links, pictures, etc... explaining your specific type of energy.

Your powerpoint should have a slide for each of the following information you researched:

      1. A title slide including the name of your part of the EM spectrum
2.    A description of that radiation
3.     The wavelength(s) of your type of energy
4.     What dangers your type of energy poses
5.     How we use your type of energy
6.     If there are different varieties of that radiation or other interesting details
7.     Each slide should have graphics or photographs
8.     A work cited slide that lists the links to other informational websites (forecasting, government sites, etc...)
