2.  Ride the Rock Cycle Journey
When creating your Rock Cycle Comic Strip, you may want to use the images in the animation to help you draw your comic strip.  Please give your rock a name, personality and use creativity and color in your comic strip.

Rubric:
Completeness:  at least 15 pictures showing the journey (Hint the cycle starts over for two squares)
Geology:  Use vocabulary words and processes in the rock cycle
Creativity: Creative thought and effort is put into comic strip
Neatness: Words and drawings are neat, readable, and colored
Punctuality:  Comic strip is turned in on time.

3.  Homework:  You will have a quiz over the rock cycle and mineral notes on Monday.  This activity and these notes should be helpful in studying.  Also, use the notes on minerals to help you study.

Do Not forget the conclusion for your powerpoint needs to be done when I return.  We will work on the abstract after I get back.  Also, check the rubric for your powerpoint to make sure you maximize your score.
